The shopping cart on Catkart Racing automatically computes shipping costs and is linked directly into the shipping calculators for UPS. Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled, and class of service requested. Catkart Racingdoes its best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated in our shopping cart, before you purchase, however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you will also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund. We work with our shipping carriers to get you a discounted rate when available.

Processing Time –
We try our best to get same day orders processed if the order arrives before 1pm. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of your order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are received and processed first thing Monday morning. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to contact you. We will let you know when the item will be available to you and give you the option of waiting for the item to ship or having the item removed from your order. We will also apply any discounts we can to assure you the best possible shopping experience.

Inspect Packages –
Please inspect all shipments carefully for damaged or missing items before signing for them. Claims are often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed for. Please report any damages or missing items to the driver and Catkart Racing immediately!

Where Can I have My Order Shipped?
Catkart Racing can ship packages anywhere within the United States, and Internationally.
Shipping & Order Confirmations –
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. Within 24 hours of shipment you will receive a second email with tracking information and an exact delivery date. Please note, you will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these emails for your records.

Shipping Rates –
Catkart Racing offers shipping through UPS and rates are calculated based on delivery location, weight, and transit method. Customers shipping outside the continental United States can call customer service for assistance with a shipping quote.

Back Order Shipments –
Catkart Racing strives for excellent fulfillment rates, but occasionally we must back order or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country.

If you order more than one item, we’ll make every effort to send available items together. In the event only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we decide to break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any additional freight charges. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and back order the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your back ordered items. You will NOT be charged any additional freight charges for items that are back ordered.
